Renowned for his evocative explorations of Middle Eastern identity and societal evolution, Raouf Rifai is a distinguished painter whose work bridges figurative and abstract traditions. A graduate of the Institute of Fine Arts in Beirut (1982) and holder of a PhD in Urbanism from the Sorbonne (1995), his deeply layered compositions interrogate themes of heritage, instability, and human resilience

Molaeb obtained his Master’s Degree from Pratt Institute, New York and a PhD in Art Education from the University of Ohio. His paintings place emphasis on Lebanon and its landscapes, including seascapes and village scenes celebrating nature.
